Yess, I love this game. Although, I named my character Gerard.... LOL

It's so awesome, only complaint I have is that mine is a used one and for some odd reason, the cutsences just stop. Like for example, after the blitzball tournament and after you battle the green sea monster things, when Lulu says something, it just stops and sits there. =\

Yeah, this is my favorite game too. I love all the Tidus and Yuna scenes.

Sounds like the stopping during cutecenes could be a problem with your disk. Try checking to see if there's any scraches or dust on it.

Meh...sorry to hear that Dex. If you got it used, then you're a little behind on new games then. You should have gotten it new, it would just be better.

I beat this game a few weeks ago. Now I'm working on the sequel. Final Fantasy is a favorite of mine because they're one of the few series that makes you think about the plot. I bought mine new; whenever I buy a videogame that's used, it always has a bug of somesort.

FFX is one of my favorite games of all time, because of the gameplay, cool characters, and the awesome story. I grew really attached to several of the characters throughout the game, and the closing cutscene almost drove me to tears, just like a good movie.
Like you, Eltanile, I also like plots that make you think. I'm currently working on Digital Devil Saga, and while it has some unsavory elements to it, the story is becoming very philosophical and thought-provoking.

FFX is good. Too bad FFX-2 was such a disappointment.
