  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

So, you know that our semi-feral cat came back and has been eating, but hasn't responded to my call. Well, my wife walks out into our back yard and calls for the cat, and what comes trotting along, but the cat.

So, the cat will come for my wife but not for me. Can you believe it.........

Oh well.

It snowed here last night - just an inch or so. And it's cold!!!

Who here likes the movie Groundhof Day? I love that movie.

Well, I'll be taking my mod exam soon......I'm sure everything will be ok!

I'm writing a few reports for work.........boring stuff really. I don't know when my mod exam is - I should be scheduling it soon with Sojourner1.

I'll be in california next week travelling. I'll be flying into Ontario on Monday, and then driving to Fresno on wednesday and leaving on friday. I want to see if I can get to death valley and mono lake.

we had some stray cats, the mama had kittens under the house. One of the little one's bit almost through the web on my thumb.. that same cat is now spoiled rotton. My son tamed him, I call him the cat whisperer. Our city has a program that catches these cats and spay\neuters them and gives them a rabies shot. Anyhow, give the kitties love for me..
