Feeling lost, looking for faith

Hi everybody,
I'm new here and want to introduce myself. I've read this forum several times and have usually found good feedback to the questions and comments of others. My faith is growing, but how can I be sure I am doing everything I need to do? I struggle, but I haven't given up. Many things have brought me to this moment in my life. I don't believe it is by chance that I have found myself trying to strengthen my faith. God has looked after me in this life and guided me to this point. I want very much to turn my life and my will over to God.

We DO continue to get up and we WILL continue to be lead to the paths of Righteousness, For His Name's Sake, and rest assured His Rod and His Staff will comfort you if you deviate from the path! Trust in His Faithfullness and Everlasting Kindness, He will see you through to the end, He will Love you always and provide your every need, just seek, and knock, always.

We cannot build a stairway to Heaven. We can only give ourselves over to God and His will and accept Christ's sacrifice and gift of grace given freely for our salvation. You can strengthen your faith by praying to God and developing a relationship with Him and by studying His Word. I will pray that you find peace.

Thank you for your kind words of support and encouragement. I will follow the narrow path and let God do for me what I haven't been able to do for myself. Taking that leap and trusting in Him is frightening but I know that rewards of peace and salvation are eternal.
Can anyone recommend a forum that I can share the current pain and growth I am experiencing in a love relationship that has shaken my foundation and has lead me to strengthen my faith?

Last night I had a vision, a moment of clarity, I could see through the haze and the light beyond. I saw the light! I see now that mistakes I made and why I must try not to make them again. I see what I've learned from them. I will grow from them. Its like I found a key to a door that I locked a long time ago. I am trilled and anxious to step through that door and into the future, wherever it may lead.

Well Praise God! *I* am so very glad to hear that; I have struggled with forgiving myself of my many sins too, but we must always remember that NOthing can seperate us from His Love, it is mighty and Consuming, and He is more then we could ever dream or imagine!
