Death and stage fright. these are two of the most common fears among mankind. and yet we are told by God to fear only him (through a combination of scripture). Indeed, we have much to fear, as many will claim to be a "child of God". Those who do this will slander His name with their actions. behold, our Creator, The Being with the power to make us and the universe is coming soon, and would he not be offended to see our sins done "in His name"? let us not forget, Him with the power to give life can also take away, for He has said through His son " do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword." (Matthew 10:34) be warned, God has said there will be suffering, plague, war, famine, and disease. must we ignite His temper further by insulting Him by claiming to do our unclean acts in His name?
Therefore, let us all pray, that we not anger Him, but honor Him, by claiming to be of Him
