What are your favourite anime soundtracks? Personally I like anything by Yoko Kanno... Cowboy Bebop has to be her best work. Noir is pretty good too though.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I own a great deal of the Cowboy Bebop Soundtracks (there's so many that I doubt anyone has them all), but my favorite anime soundtrack would have to be the score from Princess Mononoke.

1. Princess Mononoke - had some excellenet original classical music.
2. Neon Genesis Evangelion - had several well known classical pieces that I enjoy, plus "Komm Susser Todd" is an awesome song. The rest of the original music wasn't very good IMO.
3. Cowboy Bebop - Simply due to the opening song.
4. FLCL - The Pillows rock. Great alternative rock music.

for songs, i like Gundam Seed, Hikaru No Go (almost every track is good), Castle in the Sky and one particular only from Ayashi No Ceres.
