CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My favorite movie wold have to be Pirates of the Caribbean. But LotR are pretty close behind.

If you noticed my name you could probably figure it to be a Schwarzenegger movie. It's the one he's quite possibly the most famous for, yes that's right Terminator 2: Judgement Day. T3 comes second in franchise then T1

The LotR movies are a current favorite, but we'll see how they stand up. For lasting appeal, I have to say that Apocalypse Now remains my favorite movie. I've never read Hearts of Darkness but after learning that was the inspiration, the entire movie shifted from a good VietNam movie, to a great movie, set in VietNam.
As for movies that I watch every time they are on the TV... Grease. I realize that it's the penultimate chick flick, but I love it. I don't own a copy of it, and never will, but whenever it's on, I watch it.
