  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I am currently putting together a fantasy comic. (ie swords and monsters, it does have Christian themes but it is NOT preachy) Doing the writing right now. I have all the resources, including a comic shop that is willing to put the comic up for grabs. It’s a shop that also get’s visits from people who work WITHIN the comic industry.

Here’s the deal…all I need is an artist. One that can do quality black & white (color is a bonus!!) and loves to draw fantasy and sci-fi. The story is rich, the characters deep. Lots of plot and lots of action.

But I need a SERIOUS artist. Someone willing to put the time in. Are you out there? Are you willing to take a leap of faith and help start something great? If you can’t draw but know someone willing to do this…drop me a line in this threat.
