FAITH AND SALVATION
and General Terms

This issue is old as the world itself, but it is worth to explain this issue in a different light from the traditional dogma created by the church and used today as a crèche for those who believe in easy, effortless, and trouble-free salvation of their soul without any effort on their part.

And such dogmas have been created as these statements “If you believe in Christ you saved”, and “You saved only on one condition, if you are sure that you saved.”, and many similar like it.

It is true that our salvation relies on our own believe in GOD which as progresses will become the faith, the highest level of believe, which we can gain from the Word of GOD, but also we can lose it by being tempted by our own desires and the temptations of this world.

First Timothy 1.19
19.having faith and a good conscience. By rejecting conscience, certain persons have suffered shipwreck in the faith,

First Timothy 4.1
1.Now, the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will renounce the faith by paying attention to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,

First Timothy 6.10
10.The love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, and in their eagerness to be rich some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pains.

And the verse below indicates precisely how we can lose our faith and our salvation if we turn away from GOD.

To Hebrews 6.4
4.It is impossible to restore again to repentance those who have once been enlightened and have tasted the Heavenly gift and have shared in the Holy Spirit,

Such example of the failure in faith and lost of salvation can be directed as well and to Judas, who was among twelve, who experience everything that all other Apostles experienced, whom Jesus gave the Holy Spirit and sent without anything to preach with all other Apostles, to heal, and even to resurrect the dead, and Judas done all those things.

And by experiencing all these great wonders and miracles by himself, he still remained as the earthly man. So my point is, if one like Judas who experienced so much from the power of the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ and still fails Him, then what about us who do not experiences even a fraction of it? How easy for us will be fall out from the faith in GOD?

This means that we can lose our faith in GOD and our own salvation at any time, if we are not careful with our words, deeds, and our life according to the Word of GOD, and indeed we can easily lose our salvation if we do not keep ourselves on the constant alert against all our temptations, our desires, and against the evil of this world.

So the dogma and the doctrine that many people using today as the reassurance of their own salvation, saying that they saved just because they believe in GOD, may be in this case is a very dangerous and false assumption and guideline which may lead to complete fall in faith and lost of salvation.

Many places in the Bible contain such statement as this: “those who believe will be saved”, and it is true, but it is only a General Term, a Headline, a Poster, but under it is a set of many conditions, obligations, regulations, statutes, and commandments of GOD to follow, in order to achieve such goal as salvation of the soul.

But unfortunately many people usually ignoring the “fine print”, but mostly preferred and concentrated their attention on the billboard words which is the General Term of the statement, and ignoring many regulations and conditions of the General statement related to it, the purpose of which to reveal the entire meaning, and essence, the core, and the spirit of the General Statement.

Yeah i don't believe a person can lose salvation to do so you much reject what Jesus said in john that it is the will of The Father that He not lose one of all those that was given to Him, and again Jesus said i have not lost one you gave me Father except the one headed for destruction from the very start.

judas was never saved. Jesus said he was always head for destruction. He is one Hebrew 6 speaks of. The passage is talking about some will know there is a God that he is Good and Jesus is the way to Heaven yet they will still reject God as judas did.

The fact is to say you can lose salvation is to say Jesus loses His children and does not do The Fathers will, and He died in vain for some. God would never let Jesus die in vain.

When you get saved it take more than believing He is the son of God because demons believe this and will never be saved. It is completely surrendering your will to God's. It is loving God. It is given up free will for the will of God.

Many many people say they are saved but do not love God in there heart. They have there reasons why they say what they say, but God does not lose His children ever. If God did lose His children that would make Him a bad Father, but we know God is the Good Father. If humans lost there children we would say bad parent, so if humans being sinful know how to keep there kids how much more so does God.

I too do not believe you can just lose your salvation. Christ was enough, for all sin. Though if one were to reject Christ, turn from him, but then we get ino the area blu mentioned, were you saved to begin with....

I have been saved sense 6 i rejected God as a kid after that. One time i ripped pages from the Bible because I thought the passage that says who ever takes a way this book I will take them from the book of life meant pages. I was 13 I had gone to a new school who one kid spread rumors I was gay and the whole school made fun of me for being gay, which i am not nor was I ever. Also that year my mom locked me up in a rehab because she suspected me of being on drugs, also i was not, I had smoked pot, but that was it. I was abused by staff in there and locked up for months, when I got out I blamed God. I even tried to worship satan to spite God but did not know how, so I tore pages from the Bible think i would tear my self from life.

I am living proof God does not lose His children. had i not been saved i would have been lost forever. God did something else for me, That summer my dad bought me a speed bag, i had always fought but i was scared of the kid who spread those rumors, He had been held back and was very big. I hit the gym started taking growth hormones. By the end of the summer i could hit faster than people could see my fist and was bench press 200 curling 130 and i weight 100 pounds. God made me really strong and he also moved me to another school where I was very popular after the summer I had the best school year ever. i made A's in school and I had been a straight d student. I started reading my bible again and praying every night again.

God never let go of me instead He blessed me. He lifted me above my enemies. I never was a bully and after that bad year in school I never will be. Very important lesson i learned from it all.

So people can yell all they want you can lose your salvation, fact is i have tested that and found my life is no longer mine but Gods.
