Anybody watch Fairy Tail? Fairy Tail season 2 recently started airing last week and I'm just fired up that they started airing again! Been keeping up with the manga a lot.

I've only watched the beginning of the anime, and I've heard that the manga right now is pretty good. But I don't really like the look of it... I hate anime's that have lots of fan service, (*cough*boobs*cough*) it's really tacky and off putting for me. People have told me not to watch it because of that.

There is actually more to the story than tacky scenes. It is intended to be more of a light-hearted series.

That sounds good, I always got the opposite impression from other people. Maybe I should watch it and skip the tacky scenes... Is the story exciting?

I'd say it is a matter of opinion, it's a fairly upbeat series I think it was created by the same person that created Rave Master because the former series was rather dark.
