Factor Care for pet

I just have a lot of ideas. The different between a fastor care and a group home is that a group home is like a camp. A factor care home is where a member take in pet but they don't own the pet. They are just caring for the pet. If they want the pet, they have to pay a certain amount of price to own it. But for fastor care, they can just feed the pet. In exchange, they would recieve 10 blessing a month. In the fastor care system in the USA, they recieve some certain amount of money for keeping the children in their house. Of course it won't be profitable but it would be enough to help them out. If a fastor care child get 50% hunger, the forum would automatic remove the fastor care pet against their will.
Group home=volunteer care for the pet
Fastcor care=fastor care parents care for the pet.

Foster care? You'd have to find enough people to be foster parents.

I would be a foster parent, but I have Sirius. I get him back tuesday.

I mean we can own our pet but also be foster care parent to other pets.
