I get DEI training from my employer, and I actually find it helpful. If being just a little more thoughtful about words and actions means my coworkers are comfortable around me, that will make them more productive and less likely to leave. This helps us retain and recruit the best talent. To say that this is promoting an abortion and transgender agenda is nonsense. It is promoting the bottom line.

And I have benefited personally as well. Once we had such training in place for a couple of years, I have noticed that disrespectful remarks about Christians and Christianity have essentially disappeared. The same Christians who are against DEI probably want this kind of result, although apparently they think such training should only result in them being respected at work.

On a personal level, I am called to love my coworkers. If my words and actions inadvertently make people feel disrespected or dehumanized, and I am one of the few Christians in my workplace, how do you think they will perceive Christ? Would that be showing them the love of Christ?

Clearly the christianpost gets their clicks from the Republican base, so they give them red meat: abortion! transgender!

I think there has been a frenzie of DEI in the last few years but I also think that because it has been allowed to happen for a while mnow enough time has gone by that we are seeing the horrible consequences and people are waking up to Woke, pun intended.

Reality has a way of coming back to remind us that you can't mess with it. Big corps that have gone all Woke are going broke and quickly jumping off the Woke train when profits start to suffer.

We have seen the devastation of open borders and growing terrorism and chaos from civil unrest, defunding and deconctructing law with increases in crime, drug addiction and overdoses and homelessness. And the rise of anarchy in universities culminating in iudentity wars and antsemetism.

This is not the promised DEI Utopia but a nightmare and reality, that is what is actually happening on the streets and within society where we are becoming more divided, intolerant and antagonistic towards other and not accepting and tolerant. The Woke Marxist ideologes need to go back to the drawing board and see how they are the cause not the solution.

Fundementally if we take a step back this is about morality. Its about moral truth, what is the right and wrong way to treat others. Any ideology that claims to hold the truth to the point where they shut down alternative beliefs is dangerous regardless of the detail. Thats how we know this is really about ideology and not the truth.

I think we need to retire the notion that human beings on any side of politics are the ultra-compassionate and insightful people that we make them out to be .......................................................................... Obviously, there are those on the Left who aren't compassionate; but there are plenty of those on the Right who, even in my own experience, are less than what I'm sure Jesus intended.

Yes and I miss the great movies they use to produce. Its the same for comedy. I look at movies to watch and theres nothing. I can tell within the first few minutes whether its Woke and then switch it off.

As soon as I see a colored women or women period as the superhero beating 5 or 6 men in a fight I know its not going to be real and full of Woke messaging.

Rachel Zegler typifies Woke with her snarly and self rightous tone about how outdated Snow White is and how she is remaking Snow White to be the strong leader she was meant to be as a women. That literally is telling us that the movie is full of Woke messaging.

But I think the ultimate Woke so far last year was the opening ceremony of the Olympic games in Paris with the disgusting
sexual performance pushing LGBTIQ+ ideology while mocking Christains.

This is not compassion and inclusion. When you offend the worlds largest religion that is not promoting tolerance and inclusion. And that is why Woke and DEI ideology is dangerous and divisive as it pits identity groups against each other by making some worthy and others unworthy.

Its based on a hierarchy of identity worth or what whats called the 'Victim Hierarchy'. White males sit at the bottom with the lowest worth and trans and queer colored identities at the top. There is points system where those who are victimised the most are higher on the ladder and the higher you are the more power and worth you have in society as far as being worthy and honored.

So if you are a white women you get extra points over s male. But if your a colored women you rank above a white women. Then if your a transwomen you rank even higher but this can be trumped if your a transwomen of color. Thats why woke ideologues are so eager to prove their identity worth by connecting with worthy identities even if they are not actually genuinely from that group.

We seen this in the election how Harris become black and then a Southerner and a Puerto Ricans to suit the demographics she was talking to. In the meantime Waltz was tripping over himself to identify as working class and a war hero as that seemerd to trend as a worthy identity as well. Its all performance and unreal.
