Explaining The Book Of Finality ?

I say finality not because it was the prophecy of what would happen in the final or last days but also because the Book of Revelation is a cuimination of the prophecies which were already written before it was revealed . In other words , many of the prophecies revealed in the Book of Revelation were already revealed in the Book of the prophets . These books were the Book of the Prophet Daniel , revealed in the Prophet Daniel ( 619 - 529 B.C. ) the Book of the Prophet Zechariah , revealed to the Prophet Zechariah , the Book of the Prophet Ezekiel revealed to the Prophet Ezekiel ( 622 - 570 B.C.E. ) and the Book of the Prophet Joel , revealed to the Prophet Joel ( 408 - 350 B.C. ) The most prominent of these is the Book of the Prophet Daniel .

The Prophet Daniel was a Judahite , born in Hebron in the year 619 B.C.E. He was also called Chileab llSamuel 3 ; 3 , And I Quote ; and his second, Chil'e-ab, of Ab'igail the widow of Nabal of Carmel; and the third, Ab'salom the son of Ma'acah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur;

The name Daniel means 'Judgement of ( Yahayyu '' Existing One , Living One ) As a young man the Prophet Daniel was carried off into Babylon with three of his companions ( Ananiah , Mishael , and Azariah ) in the third year of King Jehoiakims ( 604 B.C.E. ) reign and trained as a cupbearer for the King's service Daniel 2 ; 5 , 18 , And I Quote ; Verse 5 , The king answered the Chalde'ans, "The word from me is sure: if you do not make known to me the dream and its interpretation, you shall be torn limb from limb, and your houses shall be laid in ruins.. Verse , 18 , and told them to seek mercy of the God of heaven concerning this mystery, so that Daniel and his companions might not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.

Under King Nebuchadnezzar , the Prophet Daniel was called Belteshazzar ( favorite of Bel ) because of his interpretation of the King's dream concerning the four empires which were to rule the Earth...

Daniel 2 ; 31 - 45 , And I Quote ; You saw, O king, and behold, a great image. This image, mighty and of exceeding brightness, stood before you, and its appearance was frightening. 32 The head of this image was of fine gold, its breast and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, 33 its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay. 34 As you looked, a stone was cut out by no human hand, and it smote the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces; 35 then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold, all together were broken in pieces, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, so that not a trace of them could be found. But the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth. 36

"This was the dream; now we will tell the king its interpretation. 37 You, O king, the king of kings, to whom the God of heaven has given the kingdom, the power, and the might, and the glory, 38 and into whose hand he has given, wherever they dwell, the sons of men, the beasts of the field, and the birds of the air, making you rule over them all--you are the head of gold. 39 After you shall arise another kingdom inferior to you, and yet a third kingdom of bronze, which shall rule over all the earth. 40 And there shall be a fourth kingdom, strong as iron, because iron breaks to pieces and shatters all things; and like iron which crushes, it shall break and crush all these.

41 And as you saw the feet and toes partly of potter's clay and partly of iron, it shall be a divided kingdom; but some of the firmness of iron shall be in it, just as you saw iron mixed with the miry clay. 42 And as the toes of the feet were partly iron and partly clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly brittle. 43 As you saw the iron mixed with miry clay, so they will mix with one another in marriage, but they will not hold together, just as iron does not mix with clay. 44 And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed, nor shall its sovereignty be left to another people. It shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and it shall stand for ever; 45 just as you saw that a stone was cut from a mountain by no human hand, and that it broke in pieces the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold. A great God has made known to the king what shall be hereafter. The dream is certain, and its interpretation sure."


The King made the Prophet Daniel the ruler over . Babylon and chief of the governors over all the wise men of Babylon . The Prophet Daniel was again to interpret for King Nebuchadnezzar , this time he fortold of his downfall by the hand of ( Yahayyu '' Existing One , Living One ) if he did not heed to the command of ( Yahayyu '' Existing One , Living One ) . King Nebuchadnezzar refused to bow down to ( Yahayyu '' Existing One , Living One ) and lost his life , Nebuchadnezzar was succeeded by his son Belshazzar , who summoned the Prophet Daniel to interpret his vision . As his father before him . Belshazzar too went against the commands of ( Yahayyu '' Existing One , Living One ) Upon his interpretation , the Prophet Daniel was made third ruler of the kingdom . The same night Belshazzar was killed and succeeded by King Darius , the Median .

King Darius made the Prophet Daniel the first of three presidents . The other presidents and princes became jealous of the Prophet Daniel and sought to destroy him . Therefore , a royal statute was passed declaring that anyone who petitioned or prayed to anyone other than the king would be cast into a lion's den . because the Prophet Daniel was spared by ( Yahayyu '' Existing One , Living One ) He sent His Angelic Being to seal the lion's mouths . The Book of the Prophet Daniel was revealed in 536 B.C. in Babylon in Syriac ( ancient Arabic ) , It Is Considered one of the seventeen prophetical books of the Old Testament and is divided into 3 parts .

( 1 ) Chapter 1 is the introduction
( 2 ) Chapter 2 - 7 relate the history of the world powers
( 3 ) Chapters 8 - 12 tell the fortunes of the people of ( Yahayyu '' Existing One , Living One )

The Book of the Prophet Daniel specifically describes the course of the Greek Empire Daniel 8 ; 3 - 9 , And I Quote ; I raised my eyes and saw, and behold, a ram standing on the bank of the river. It had two horns; and both horns were high, but one was higher than the other, and the higher one came up last. 4 I saw the ram charging westward and northward and southward; no beast could stand before him, and there was no one who could rescue from his power; he did as he pleased and magnified himself. 5 As I was considering, behold, a he-goat came from the west across the face of the whole earth, without touching the ground; and the goat had a conspicuous horn between his eyes. 6 He came to the ram with the two horns, which I had seen standing on the bank of the river, and he ran at him in his mighty wrath. 7 I saw him come close to the ram, and he was enraged against him and struck the ram and broke his two horns; and the ram had no power to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground and trampled upon him; and there was no one who could rescue the ram from his power. 8 Then the he-goat magnified himself exceedingly; but when he was strong, the great horn was broken, and instead of it there came up four conspicuous horns toward the four winds of heaven. 9 Out of one of them came forth a little horn, which grew exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and toward the glorious land.

Daniel 11 ; 2 - 4 , And I Quote ; And now I will show you the truth. Behold, three more kings shall arise in Persia; and a fourth shall be far richer than all of them; and when he has become strong through his riches, he shall stir up all against the kingdom of Greece. 3 Then a mighty king shall arise, who shall rule with great dominion and do according to his will. 4 And when he has arisen, his kingdom shall be broken and divided toward the four winds of heaven, but not to his posterity, nor according to the dominion with which he ruled; for his kingdom shall be plucked up and go to others besides these.

Also spoken of in the Book of Revelation 6 ; 3 - 4 , And I Quote ; When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, "Come!" 4 And out came another horse, bright red; its rider was permitted to take peace from the earth, so that men should slay one another; and he was given a great sword.

It is also noted for its prophecies concerning the first coming of the Messiah Jesus , In fact , the Book of the Prophet Daniel is the only book of the Old Testament which asctually says the Messiah Daniel 9 ; 25 , And I Quote ; Know therefore and understand that from the going forth of the word to restore and build Jerusalem to the coming of an anointed one, a prince, there shall be seven weeks. Then for sixty-two weeks it shall be built again with squares and moat, but in a troubled time.


The Book of the Prophet Ezekiel figures prominently in the Book of Revelation also . The Prophet Ezekiel was also know as Jerud . He was the son of Buzi and a descendant of a priestly family . In Arabic , his name is Hizqiyaal which is also his Angelic name . The Prophet Ezekiel was born in Judah , but transported to Babylonia with a group of Israelite who were put into captivity with Jehoiachim ( the 19th ruler of the southernkingdom of Judan , he reigned only ten days ) He was sent to the Israelites , who were exiled to Babylon , whereas , his contemporary , the Prophet JEREMIAH ( 647-585 B.C.E. ) was sent to guide the transgressing Israelites ( who migrated to the city of Palestine ) .

The Prophet Ezekiel was summoned to the office of Prophethood when he was was thirty years old . which was the Israelites ' 5th year in captvity Ezekiel 1 ; 1 , And I Quote ; In the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the exiles by the river Chebar, the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.
He served as a priest and prophet for 22 years . At that time there were no temples , so the Children of Israel practiced polytheism ( the worship of more than one Creator ) . The recording of the Prophet Ezekiel and Jeremiah often provide complete chronological information , giving the day , month and year to correlate the messages of historical events .

Many of the Prophet Ezekiel's message were concentrated around the seven years before the destruction of Jerusalem and their temple . His mission extended 15 years after that . He spoke only when ( Yahayyu '' Existing One , Living One ) commanded him . this ability was given to him only when he was bearing a message from ( Yahayyu '' Existing One , Living One ) Ezekiel 3 ; 26 - 27 , And I Quote ; and I will make your tongue cleave to the roof of your mouth, so that you shall be dumb and unable to reprove them; for they are a rebellious house. 27 But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them, 'Thus says the Lord GOD'; he that will hear, let him hear; and he that will refuse to hear, let him refuse; for they are a rebellious house

As far as prophecies are concerned , the Prophet Ezekiel prophesied the restoration of the temple and about the Messiah Jesus Ezekiel Chapter 46 , And I Quote ; "Thus says the Lord GOD: The gate of the inner court that faces east shall be shut on the six working days; but on the sabbath day it shall be opened and on the day of the new moon it shall be opened. 2 The prince shall enter by the vestibule of the gate from without, and shall take his stand by the post of the gate. The priests shall offer his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate. Then he shall go out, but the gate shall not be shut until evening. 3 The people of the land shall worship at the entrance of that gate before the LORD on the sabbaths and on the new moons. 4 The burnt offering that the prince offers to the LORD on the sabbath day shall be six lambs without blemish and a ram without blemish; 5 and the cereal offering with the ram shall be an ephah, and the cereal offering with the lambs shall be as much as he is able, together with a hin of oil to each ephah.

6 On the day of the new moon he shall offer a young bull without blemish, and six lambs and a ram, which shall be without blemish; 7 as a cereal offering he shall provide an ephah with the bull and an ephah with the ram, and with the lambs as much as he is able, together with a hin of oil to each ephah. 8 When the prince enters, he shall go in by the vestibule of the gate, and he shall go out by the same way. 9 "When the people of the land come before the LORD at the appointed feasts, he who enters by the north gate to worship shall go out by the south gate; and he who enters by the south gate shall go out by the north gate: no one shall return by way of the gate by which he entered, but each shall go out straight ahead. 10 When they go in, the prince shall go in with them; and when they go out, he shall go out.

11 "At the feasts and the appointed seasons the cereal offering with a young bull shall be an ephah, and with a ram an ephah, and with the lambs as much as one is able to give, together with a hin of oil to an ephah. 12 When the prince provides a freewill offering, either a burnt offering or peace offerings as a freewill offering to the LORD, the gate facing east shall be opened for him; and he shall offer his burnt offering or his peace offerings as he does on the sabbath day. Then he shall go out, and after he has gone out the gate shall be shut. 13 "He shall provide a lamb a year old without blemish for a burnt offering to the LORD daily; morning by morning he shall provide it. 14 And he shall provide a cereal offering with it morning by morning, one sixth of an ephah, and one third of a hin of oil to moisten the flour, as a cereal offering to the LORD; this is the ordinance for the continual burnt offering. 15 Thus the lamb and the meal offering and the oil shall be provided, morning by morning, for a continual burnt offering.

16 "Thus says the Lord GOD: If the prince makes a gift to any of his sons out of his inheritance, it shall belong to his sons, it is their property by inheritance. 17 But if he makes a gift out of his inheritance to one of his servants, it shall be his to the year of liberty; then it shall revert to the prince; only his sons may keep a gift from his inheritance. 18 The prince shall not take any of the inheritance of the people, thrusting them out of their property; he shall give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that none of my people shall be dispossessed of his property." 19 Then he brought me through the entrance, which was at the side of the gate, to the north row of the holy chambers for the priests; and there I saw a place at the extreme western end of them. 20 And he said to me, "This is the place where the priests shall boil the guilt offering and the sin offering, and where they shall bake the cereal offering, in order not to bring them out into the outer court and so communicate holiness to the people."

21 Then he brought me forth to the outer court, and led me to the four corners of the court; and in each corner of the court there was a court-- 22 in the four corners of the court were small courts, forty cubits long and thirty broad; the four were of the same size. 23 On the inside, around each of the four courts was a row of masonry, with hearths made at the bottom of the rows round about. 24 Then he said to me, "These are the kitchens where those who minister at the temple shall boil the sacrifices of the people

And this was their appearance: they had the form of men, 6 but each had four faces, and each of them had four wings. 7 Their legs were straight, and the soles of their feet were like the sole of a calf's foot; and they sparkled like burnished bronze. 8 Under their wings on their four sides they had human hands. And the four had their faces and their wings thus: 9 their wings touched one another; they went every one straight forward, without turning as they went. 10 As for the likeness of their faces, each had the face of a man in front; the four had the face of a lion on the right side, the four had the face of an ox on the left side, and the four had the face of an eagle at the back. 11 Such were their faces. And their wings were spread out above; each creature had two wings, each of which touched the wing of another, while two covered their bodies. 12 And each went straight forward; wherever the spirit would go, they went, without turning as they went.

6 And when he commanded the man clothed in linen, "Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the cherubim," he went in and stood beside a wheel. 7 And a cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubim to the fire that was between the cherubim, and took some of it, and put it into the hands of the man clothed in linen, who took it and went out. 8 The cherubim appeared to have the form of a human hand under their wings. 9 And I looked, and behold, there were four wheels beside the cherubim, one beside each cherub; and the appearance of the wheels was like sparkling chrysolite. 10 And as for their appearance, the four had the same likeness, as if a wheel were within a wheel.

11 When they went, they went in any of their four directions without turning as they went, but in whatever direction the front wheel faced the others followed without turning as they went. 12 And their rims, and their spokes, and the wheels were full of eyes round about--the wheels that the four of them had. 13 As for the wheels, they were called in my hearing the whirling wheels. 14 And every one had four faces: the first face was the face of the cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle. 15 And the cherubim mounted up. These were the living creatures that I saw by the river Chebar.

16 And when the cherubim went, the wheels went beside them; and when the cherubim lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the wheels did not turn from beside them. 17 When they stood still, these stood still, and when they mounted up, these mounted up with them; for the spirit of the living creatures was in them. 18 Then the glory of the LORD went forth from the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubim. 19 And the cherubim lifted up their wings and mounted up from the earth in my sight as they went forth, with the wheels beside them; and they stood at the door of the east gate of the house of the LORD; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them. 20 These were the living creatures that I saw underneath the God of Israel by the river Chebar; and I knew that they were cherubim. 21 Each had four faces, and each four wings, and underneath their wings the semblance of human hands. 22 And as for the likeness of their faces, they were the very faces whose appearance I had seen by the river Chebar. Revealation 4 ; 6 - 8 , And I Qoute ; fire, which are the seven spirits of God; 6 and before the throne there is as it were a sea of glass, like crystal. The Book of the Prophet Joel deals mostly with the festruction to occur in the latter days just as the Book of Revelation . His Angelic name given to him as an Essene was Yuwil which means '' worshipper of ( Yahayyu '' Existing One , Living One ) in the Arabic language , and he was also called Nodah . The Prophet Joel . was the son of Fizuil and was the 2nd of the twelve minor Prophets . He was from the tribe of Reuben Ezra 10 ; 43 - 44 , And I Quote ;43 Of the sons of Nebo: Je-i'el, Mattithi'ah, Zabad, Zebi'na, Jaddai, Jo'el, and Benai'ah. 44 All these had married foreign women, and they put them away with their children.


The Prophet Joel was born in Assyria . but lived most of his life in Palestine . The message that the Prophet Joel was to convey was primarily for the Tribe of Judah , during the time when the children of Israel were '' scattered among nations '' Joel 3 ; 2 , And I Quote ; I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the valley of Jehosh'aphat, and I will enter into judgment with them there, on account of my people and my heritage Israel, because they have scattered them among the nations, and have divided up my land,;...

And the land was devastated by swarms of locusts , famines , and droughts . He taught the Israelites that if they worshipped ( Yahayyu '' Existing One , Living One ) sincerely and obeyed His commandments , their land would be restored . The Book of the Prophet Joel was recorded in 820 B.C. and the prophecies within the book match the descriptions of that recorded in the Book of Revelation .

He was born an Israelite while in captivity in Babylon . There is not much know about his private life . His basic and most important work was to ensure that the Israelites who returned from exile finished rebuilding the temple . As far as prophecies are concerned , the Prophet Zechariah prophesied about the Messiah Jesus more than any other prophet excluding the Prophet Isiah ( 780 - 680 B.C.E. ) These prophecies concern the Messiah Jesus first coming Zechariah 3 ; 8 , , And I Quote ' Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, you and your friends who sit before you, for they are men of good omen: behold, I will bring my servant the Branch.
