I graduated from a vocational medical program last year. How can I get around the __experience required/desired? I currently volunteer at the hospital in medical records.

Put down the clinical training during your program as experience.
Apply for entry level positions in your field and work your way up.

You can always do temp agencies. They may hire you and you get paid for them.
