I'm sure you've noticed that I don't tend to delve into the "conspiracy" realm too much...

On this particular one, I'm not sure I'm willing to immediately dismiss foul play on this one.

It's quite possible that he didn't want to "do the time" he had coming and offed himself, that's not unheard of for people facing serious time for sex crimes (as they often get the worst treatment from inmates in prison).

The part that needs some answers provided, was the fact that it happened when he's been (or was supposed to be) under close suicide watch for 3 weeks after they found marks on his neck and couldn't determine whether or not it was self-inflicted or the result of assault by another inmate.

Based on the guards reporting "we found him Saturday morning"...which worded that way, makes it seem like they hadn't checked up on him in quite some time, and if he found something in a suicide watch observation cell, the guards were either asleep at the wheel, or the facility he was in has one of the most relaxed suicide watch protocols I've ever heard of.

Usually the suicide watch observation cells have only a mattress, any stray pieces of fabric are removed before the inmate is put in, they're given only a thin paper gown to wear, and the cells are monitored by CCTV 24/7 and visually inspected every few minutes by a guard who's job is nothing more than constantly walking back and forth by the cells looking into to make sure the inmates aren't engaging in self harm.

The protocol is typically even stricter for high profile inmates or inmates who've previously been suspected of attempted suicide (He was both)


While it's not unheard of for some inmates who've found crafty ways to circumnavigate these safeguards and still off themselves due to either negligence or just smashing their own head against the wall or floor hard enough that they "get the job done", it's also not unheard of for foul play to occur in correctional facilities either.

I'm not jumping to any conclusions one way or the other yet...I'd like to see guards that were on-duty called in to testify.

Sorry, some people just do not accept everything on face value. Call it crazy to want answers, but how? How did he hang himself? This is El Chapo, just 2 cells away from Epstein. It is solitary confinement.

This is a super max 'shoe' (SHU, special housing unit) that houses the type of people that would make GITMO proud. You read up on this place only rank Sergeant or hier even serve the food or interact with these people. Each room has dome cctv camera, (that is how this pic was taken) and lights that are both on 24/7.

So dude is in a super max facility... in a cell with 24/7 camera surveillance, on suicide watch, annnnnnd is just found dead.

It's a lot easier than most people realise.

This part bothers me because they "found" marks on his neck. They "found" him in his super-max cell dead. It's a big mystery huh? Why not watch the tape and find out what happened in his cell?

What I would like to know is how many doors need to be opened to get to his cell. This is all solitary confinement. There are no inmate interactions in protective custody. How could he be attacked without doors being opened or walking past a fish bowl?

From my experience you don't get a mattress. They shake them down and EVERYTHING, all personal effects, and bedding are removed. You can hang yourself with sheets/blanket, and smother yourself with a pillow or mattress. Even toilet paper can be twisted then braided into rope. You get a pad that is impossible to rip, or tie into knots and you can breath thru it. If you don't have a rack that is bolted down, it will be removed, and if you're lucky you might get a boat. If not you sleep on the floor. They get a suicide smock that looks like a hospital gown that falls apart just by wearing it. And they freeze their butts off because thats all they get.

Honestly, guards usually couldn't give a hoot. Especially a sex offender? It is likely the guards accidentally killed him. Not joking. I almost guarantee he wore at least one wooping. The guards are more dangerous than the inmates.

I know. Just tie yourself to the top rack and sit down. Strangle and choke yourself out of consciousness. Problem is, there is no top rack in these cells. They are solitary cells. And they have real time surveillance.
