Did I miss 4.3 - 4.7?

This one is intriguing! There is supposed to be a cliffhanger at the end of this episode that wasn't meant to be a cliffhanger -- they had every intention of resolving it in episode 9, but then they ran out of writers. I have such mixed feelings about it - dreading it and anticipating it at the same time.
