But where can I find a good resource for studying the language? Because I've used a multitude and they all seem to lack practice when it comes to conversational based learning.
Have you tried Duolingo? Or Any of the Berlitz language courses? Berlitz is really good.
Duolingo is free and I believe they have Greek. The techniques are through visualization- repetition.
Hope this helps. Happy Learning!

If you're looking for conversational based study (and are willing to pay for it), the best option is probably Italki. ($10-12/hour is fairly normal, though the professional teachers are usually more.)

Re: Duolingo, yes, it does have Greek, though is not conversational based.
