End time Fear

I see all these judgement prophecies and they seem very harsh almost meant to cause the body of Christ to freeze like a deer in headlights.
A man of God once told me that because of what Jesus did on the cross....When there is correction their should be encouragement also. He described the double edged sword ..one side being Truth and one side being Love. I won't listen to someone that cannot give hope and show Love.
Everyone knows we are seeing a lot of end time signs. Earthquakes are increasing at an exponential rate among other natural disasters all of these things have been spoken of by Jesus himself...but he also talks about rejoicing because are redemption is near. The best way to get ready is "Honestly" to ask yourself "Am I seeking the will of the Father with all my heart mind and strength"?
"Am I Loving my neighbor as myself"? Things are going to get very shakey but
if you are staying close to the Father and forsaking the "things" of the world and hearing and knowing His voice....then you will be safe. Psalm 91 is this promise. We may behold things with our eyes but God will protect and deliver us. This is why the faith message is so important. I think its something we should be exited about because we will see the hand of God more and more in peoples lives...great deliverences, healings and salvations. Hang on to Jesus ...cling to Him...Love HIM ...

yes tiny bee those that hear his voice and know it will be safe. prophets warnings are to turn people toward Him in order to be saved and protected. sadly, many will not be, but you are correct that we should rejoice because our groom is approaching and there will be an end to this wickedness in the world. god bless you

I totally wholeheartedly agree all I've been feeling is condemnation, by reading many of these posts.

But God through both of you and Susanna has been reminding me that his yoke is light and although He brings correction, He does not condemn.

I pray there will continue to be life-giving posts to encourage and strengthen our faith in the Lord Jesus.

Exactedly. I keep thinking about where in the Bible all the repentance prophecies were made and how they were directed at people that have fallen away from God. I'm still trying to figure out why a lot of these posts are even in here and just end up seeming to be a "thorn in the side" (a little Paul reference there... hehe) of the Spirit-Filled forums.

the warning is plain and simple...any attempt to deny truth, dis-tort it, and teach other's to do likewise, or tamper with divine prophecy from the holy writ.....then they do so...at his, or her's own peril !!!

If we really want to have something happen that is fruitful, then why not pray that this comes quickly.

Jam 5:7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

It is my opinion that as Reveleation is fulfilled that this latter rain is going to be taking place at the same time. So would we really want to pray this into the future? Can we imagine what the earth would be like if we did?

Ephesians 5 says that when the church is presented to Christ, it is a glorious and a radiant church. I think that's sometime in the 'end time', so it's going to be great and something to look forward to, and not something to fear.

Our desire should be in the expectation that we are part of the glorious and radiant church. We'll all need sunglasses, so glorious it will be!

I personally cannot wait to meet my creator.Its like that worship song song says "I can only imagine".

For a long time i use to worry over diying and the end days untill God thought me to not worry about such things and now i really cant wait to meet him.

Dont get me wrong.Im not some morbid character who wants to die but its the meeting and greeting part with God that excietes me!
