1. How do you feel about summer ending? Are you ready to be back in school, or do you wish you could extend summer for a few more weeks? If school already started for you, do you wish it hadn't yet?

1. How do you feel about summer ending? Are you ready to be back in school, or do you wish you could extend summer for a few more weeks? If school already started for you, do you wish it hadn't yet?
My classes have already started. I'm enjoying them!

2. Did you have a job this summer?
Nope.

3. Did you go on any vacations? If so, where did you go, and did you enjoy it?
I moved from Colorado to Texas! I think the first few months of living here were kind of like a vacation... new place, new people, I got to visit some local attractions, etc.

4. Did you make any new friends?
Not many I still don't really have any friends down here, although I kinda know some people.

5. Did you try anything new?
Yes! Doing my own grocery shopping, driving through a city with ONLY ME in the car, meeting a CF friend in person, living away from my family, and taking college classes were all new for me.

6. Did your appearance change in any way? (Growing, changing hair color, getting a tan)
Not much. My acne is worse... if anything I have less of a tan... I lost a couple pounds but it doesn't show.

7. Do you watch more or less TV in the summer than during the school year?
I have not watched any TV at all this summer. I am just not that interested in TV.

8. Do you spend more or less time on your laptop / iPad in the summer than during the school year?
I definitely spent more time on my laptop this summer! But I think part of that was because of the move... I no longer have Mom here to tell me to GO TO BED.

9. Favorite songs of 2014?
Andrea Bocelli's "Con Te Partiro," "I Can Only Imagine" by Mercy Me, "Klavier" by Rammstein, "Pioneer" by The Band Perry, and "I Saw God Today" by George Strait have dominated my playlist this summer... most of those are not new releases, just old favorites that I "rediscovered."

10. Favorite songs of past summers?
I don't remember!

11. Favorite movies of 2014?
Call me boring, but I haven't been to see any movies this year. Maybe I will do that before the year is over. The last new movie I saw was the last "Hobbit" movie, I think I saw it after it came out on DVD.

12. Did you have any summertime homework or assigned reading?
My professors kept me busy...

13. Did you take any classes?
I took a geology class, College Algebra, and a PE class.

14. Do your sleep routines change during the summertime, like staying up super late and sleeping in?
Yup. See what I said about my Mom in Question #8

15. What are your favorite scents that remind of you summer?
The ice cream smell, and the smell of rain.

16. What are your favorite summertime snacks and meals?
NACHOS and chili and taquitos have been my obsessions this summer... oh, and peanut-butter + cool-whip sandwiches.

17. Did you get into any shenanigans this summer / get into trouble?
Me? Trouble? Nah...

18. What experiences would you want to repeat?
It's not really my choice, so I won't elaborate... I will take the cup that God gives me.

19. How do you think you'll spend next summer?
About the same way, but hopefully I will be more productive and have a better attitude.

August 25th

21. What are your plans for Labor Day?
I sang at church three times that weekend, but I didn't hang out with friends or go to any parties.

I am ready to go back into school.

No

I went to a 2 month bible school, i transitioned from my weak lukewarm christian life to something new and greater.

4. Did you make any new friends?

yes, I met many christian friends from all around the US

Cliff jumping and praying for 3 and a half hours

6. Did your appearance change in any way? (Growing, changing hair color, getting a tan)

grew an inch, hair from JB hair to short

7. Do you watch more or less TV in the summer than during the school year?

No tv phones were taken away

we blew up a homemade bomb outside of our property in the forest and some guy cussed us out and chased us out... whopps.
