APPEARANCE-
Eyes: Warm Brown with flecks of gold
Hair: Golden Blonde

Other: Elli is petite. Standing 5'3". She is curvaceous and is considered quite attractive. She tends to be rather distracted at times working on songs, poetry, etc. She takes very little seriously. A fun-loving character with a ready smile who always tries to cheer and encourage others. Elli is kind to a fault and often gives her last bit of food or money to others. Elli tends to be very absent-minded and she can be exceptionally stubborn. (Her pack is often crammed with so many charts, maps, tales of old, she treasures these and will sacrifice carrying supplies to keep them, but thankfully she is quite skilled at finding what she needs around her in the wilds.)
HISTORY-Elli was raised on the outskirts of Rohan far from the politics of courts. She traveled to Edoras only once with her family. She was raised around horses and knows them well. Can handle them with the best of the Rohirrim Riders. Elli was raised on a large remote horse farm where her most constant companions were the horses and wild animals of the land. She has a hawk that adopted her after she healed it's wing. Tuk is a very possesive hawk and tends to be fiesty with anyone getting near Elli. Elli is the only one that can control Tuk usually.
Elli is outgoing and friendly. Her first love, Ehmel, drowned in a river during an attempt to cross after flooding. He died trying to save another young lady of the village. Because of his efforts the young villager was able to get to shore but he was caught by a fallen tree trunk and his body was later found washed ashore several miles downstream. That incident soured her on remaining in her homeland. After leaving her home to learn the healers ways in Lorien, she discovered a love of all the tales and stories of Middle Earth, listening to Gandalf the Gray with rapt attention on one of his visits to Lorien.
From there she began wandering here and there, finding inns to perform at, small towns needing a healers help or places needing a hand with horses...Always getting the wanderlust to move on after several months. Elli is never fearful of being alone because of her hawk, Tuk and her equally protective horse, Lyric. Her family does not approve of her lifestyle and has basically disowned her. Her second love Trenweir proved to be a wicked thief and adept liar, intent on using Elli's skills to gain for himself, while he played the field. Elli is completely disillusioned with men.
Elli is travel-dressed in her homespun tunic, long leather vest reinforced at the shoulders with extra leather (helps keep Tuk's claws from her tender shoulder) Soft leather leggings with heavy leather sewn on the outsides to protect from brush, she abhors the homespun dresses of most ladies of Rohan, finding them totally unsuitable to travel in. Leather boots, all of which have been repaired a time or two by Elli. When traveling she often wears a Rohirrim helm and cloak to help disguise her gender. In her saddle pack, she carries two long gowns from Lorien for performances but that is the only time she wears them. One is a sparkling green, the other is a dark blue, both take very little room and are quite light.
*She really is adept at avoiding attackers, (mostly drunken brawlers to this point) with her tumbling skills. However her sword and knife skills have become rusty from not using them for so long.
