So i went to the SDA website and read all sbout the beliefs and fundamental beliefs as they were posted there. What exacly makes you that much different from other evangelical Christians, that came from Mrs White? Because Im assuming that what is different besides the saturday sabbath is something from her. Im not here to troll, I would seriously like to learn.

Ellen White has written a lot of material that we consider to be inspired insight into the battle of good and evil, what will happen in the end times, what is happening now, and also a lot about what has already happened expanded from the Bible. Some of this is basis for some beliefs that, clearly, other Christians would not have.

Apart from Ellen White, our main differences are the Sabbath and the state of the dead.

I agree with the basic content of what you have said although there are 100's of 7th day keeping churches.

Many also believe tha same as us about the state of the dead.

I believe the one difference between us and other Christians is the way we believe the sanctuary doctrine.

well, can you go into more detail on what you think these differences are?

To me the main difference is the "Sanctuary Doctrine"

That involves the Ivestigative Judgment, Christ's ministry in the heavenly Sanctuary, the atonement, 1844 etc.

If you really bwant to know more on that subject I suggest you visit the official SDA Church teaching on this issue and look here for it, also here.

Both those sites will give you all the info you need to know about the Sanctuary doctrine.

Oh, I didnt know that. I knew there were some, but I thought they were few.

"AUSTRALIAN LECTURE TOUR: NOVEMBER 17-27, 2006

From November 17 to 27, 2006, God willing, I will be in Australia, speaking at two rallies. The invitation has been extended to me by Elder Neil Watts, President of the South Queensland Conference. The invitation is co-sponsored by sabbatarian Churches of God in the Brisbane area. The SABBATH CONFERENCE will be held at the Brisbane Adventist Academy Auditorium from July 24 to 26.

Plans are under way to have a similar rally in Sydney on the previous weekend of November 17-19, 2006. A couple of churches have shown an interest to invite me. Within the next few days I should receive a formal invitation from one of the Sydney's Adventist churches. I will keep our Australian subscribers updated in the next newsletters.

Australia holds a special attraction for me, because during the previous five visits I received a great reception and response from our Adventist believers. Australian love to engage in theological discussions, and they do not hesitate to express their disagreements, even to a visiting scholar. It is most challenging and rewarding to speak Adventist rallies in Australia. You can count on keen listeners and respondents. I look forward to another blessed experience." This Sabbath Conference is at the Brisbane Adventist College (BAC) and is not restricted to Seventh-day Adventists. There are many different 7th day keeping Churches with a mixture of doctrine much different at times to us. Although most are few in number compared to our Church.

Wow, is there a more condensed version than those 2 pages? Thats a lot of study to be gone into just to learn the basics about 1 doctrine. I know that SDA's do lots of study, but there has to be some kind of shorter stuff out there.

You can read a summary of Adventist fundamental beliefs here. Belief #24 describes briefly the Investigative Judgment. As others have said, most of our doctrines are not unique to Adventists, and they were not made up by Ellen White.
