Election of Angels

Did God determine before the foundation of the world which angels would stay faithful to Him and which ones would rebel? How does the election of angels compare with the election of humans?

Considering that all things are in His hand, it would make sense that election applies in the same way to both angels and men. I don't know of any scripture to support that directly in the same articulation as it does for men, but scripture does teach that all of creation is for God's glory, and meticulously ordained by Him, so I would assume angels are included in that.

I agree, if God does control every single aspect of reality that implies that all the choices in reality (angels included) are directly involved by God.
