Whom He chooses from among the called is based on foreknowledge:

1 Peter 1:2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

Let's say you own a large construction company bidding on major contracts. Even as you work up a bid, you are already thinking who you will put in charge over this or that. Who will be assigned to what task. This is based on your foreknowledge of your crew.

The only difference is that our foreknowledge depends on experiences from the past. God's foreknowledge of us existed before the foundation of the world. This enables Him to pre-destine who He will choose to serve His Son and His Kingdom. They are only rewarded for faithfulness. Believers must prove faithful or will find a very different eternal security. Our reward, or place in Christ's Kingdom is eternal. So is a lack thereof. This results in the anguish of "weeping and gnashing of teeth" over the one and only missed opportunity to receive a full reward.

2 Peter 1:
10 Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble;
11 for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
.

I dont understand what you are saying here. Are you saying election is based upon Gods foreknowledge, as He looked into the future from eternity and saw who would be faithful ?
Known "before the foundation of the world" suggests "before time" to me...
Ephesians 1:
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with
every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,
4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be
holy and without blame before Him in love,
5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself,
according to the good pleasure of His will,
6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.

"For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified."

VI. When foreknowledge is ascribed to God, the word imports (1) that general prescience whereby He knew from all eternity both what He Himself would do, and what His creatures, in consequence of His efficacious and permissive decree, should do likewise. The Divine foreknowledge, considered in this view, is absolutely universal; it extends to all beings that did, do or ever shall exist, and to all actions that ever have been, that are or shall be done, whether good or evil, natural, civil or moral. (2) The word often denotes that special prescience which has for its objects His own elect, and them alone, whom He is in a peculiar sense said to know and foreknow (Psalm 1.6; John 10.27; 2 Tim. 2.19; Rom. 8.29; 1 Peter 1.2), and this knowledge is connected with, or rather the same with love, favour and approbation.

Absolute Predestination. — Reformed Presbyterian Church (Covenanted) - "Steelite" Covenanters

1562-Jerome Zanchius (1516-1590).-A classic statement of the doctrine of predestination from an early Reformer who presents a supralapsarian point of view on the subject.

It is too common to see how people misinterpret predestination out of context by zooming in on two verses, [Ephesians 1:4] "For He chose us in him before the creation of the world and [Ephesians 1:12] "He predestined us" . Instead do read Ephesians chapter 1,2,3 (70 verses), where Paul explained that God had pre-planned or predestined to offer redemption to the Gentiles as well as the Jews -- which is what predestination means in context. The following are some verses from the three chapters, followed by explanation in blue:

Eph 1: To God’s holy people in Ephesus, .... [v4] For He chose us in him before the creation of the world ... [v5] He predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ,... [v11] In Him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him ....
= As a Jew, Paul said "we" and "us" to refer to Jewish Christians who were first to be saved in Jesus. I will explain "before the foundation of the earth" later.

[1:13] And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth... Chapter 2:11 Therefore, remember that formerly you who are Gentiles by birth and called “uncircumcised”... 12 you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise...
= Eph 2:11 "You who are Gentiles" clearly mean Gentile Christians. Therefore "you" [1:13] does NOT mean individuals, it refer to Gentiles

Eph 2: [13] But now in Christ Jesus you... have been brought near by the blood of Christ...: [14] For He ...has made the two groups one... by setting aside in his flesh the law with its commands and regulations 15: His purpose was to create... one new humanity out of the two... and in one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross...
= This is what God predestined or pre-planned: He planned for Jesus' atonement to allow Gentiles to be offered redemption, so that they can turn to Him, confessed their sins and be redeemed, like the Jews. When Peter said that God revealed this in a dream to him, the Jewish Christians were shocked and even upset that Gentiles (whom they despised) now have access to the God of Abraham, who used to be their Lord exclusively. To appreciate how upset the Jewish Christians were, Peter avoided the Gentile believers out of worry about the Jewish believers. It also explain why Paul said "He chose us (Jews) since the foundation of the earth" -- he was paying homage to the Jews to calm them, but went on to say that we have to share our God with the Gentiles now, get use to it.

Eph 3: [16] This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus...”
= After Christ's atonement, both Jews and Gentiles have same access to God. The mystery of His will [3:16] is that when God first reached out to Jews, He had planned ahead to offer salvation to the Gentiles too, so that both peoples are one in God. Another of Paul's purpose was to promote harmony between Jewsish and Gentile Christians too.

So what is predestination? It is just a word that refers to how God had preplanned to offer salvation to the Gentiles, NOT which person(s) to be saved individually.

In Book of People , Acts and others, there are verses that say "God choose us". During biblical times, people don't say they chose to believe in God. Instead they said God chose them -- this is out of humility. In ancient times, people on earth -- Jews, Persians, Babylonians, Chinese -- were more humble towards God and heaven. So to say they are chosen by God. Such linguistic elements have been lost over time. When interpreting Bible, we have to appreciate how words were used in different times, culture and context.

This is false information, redemption isn't offered nowhere in scripture
