Appearance: Gray clothes, 5'2", 120 lbs.
History: Echo is one of the founding members of the Shifters, a recently-formed group that combine mechanisms used by Lord Viper (deceased), Negatron (an ancient, but lazy, superpower) and Negatron's brother Chronos (defeated by Negatron during the third age of Hollowstar). The founding members agreed that they should get new and interesting names. Bartholemew chose to change his name to Echo.

*Travel back in time 1 second once every 2 seconds
-Unharmed by blunt collisions
*Pass through solid objects, extremely limited distance

Echo
-Teleportation: 1 m/s with perfect acceleration
-Levitation: 0.1 m/s/s with a maximum speed of 100 m/s
-Time Travel: Travel back 1 second every 2 seconds
-Invulnerable to blunt impact

Thor
-Ghost Doubles: Can create replicas of himself. These replicates disintegrate on impact, but still hurt. 1 replica/second.
-Levitation: 0.5 m/s/s with a maximum speed of 10 m/s.
-Teleportation: Can teleport to any location he has been in in the past minute. Another object in that location is bumped aside.

Cain
-Vanishing: Can make himself intangible for 1 second every 2 seconds.
-Fix relative location: He can force his location relative to another object to remain constant, to he moves when it moves.
-Ghost Doubles: Same as with Thor, except that his ghost doubles disintegrate faster and therefore don't hurt anyone.
