CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

it is kind of werid... its just a fun thing... you get blessings to "buy" certain armor items to express your interests... my armor is there and then my accessories are a french horn, left behind book, and something else. Its just a little fun thing... not much to it but that...

How Blessings Work
The Blessings system is a unique and original feature of Christian Forums, not found anywhere else. Essentially, it allows more interactivity between members and other members, and between members and the site itself. It allows you to use the Customizer to customize your Profile and Posts, get Armor of God and Special Items, get a CF Pet, and basically Bless other members!
How to GAIN blessings:
1. Be nice to other members and they can bless you by clicking the blessings icon underneath your posts!
2. Make new posts and you get 1 blessing per post.
3. Refer a new member and you get 10 blessings when he or she registers.
4. Play a quiz and you get 1 blessing for each correct answer if you pass, and 10 bonus blessings if you get all questions correct.
5. Get a top arcade score and you get 1,000 blessings instantly.
6. Pick up a virtual CF job you get a virtual salary of 1 to 1,000 blessings per week depending on the job (eligibility based on your post count).
7. Start an auction for a virtual item and get blessings from bids.
8. Deposit blessings in the bank and you get 1% interest on your savings every week.
9. Donate and become a Site Supporter and you get 1,000 blessings for each dollar you donate!
How to USE blessings:
1. Bless other members by clicking on the blessing icon (red heart and cross) under their posts, or on their blessing count itself.
2. Play an Arcade game for 10 blessings.
3. Play a Quiz for 10 blessings.
4. Get a Post Signature for 50 blessings.
5. Get a Profile Photo for 150 blessings.
6. Get a Custom Avatar for 200 blessings.
7. Get a Custom CF Homepage and Domain Name for 1000 blessings or use 100 blessings each time you change one.
8. Create a virtual CF Pet for 1000 blessings or adopt one for less.
9. Get virtual pet food and toys to keep your CF Pet happy.
10. Customize your Profile, Username and Posts using the CF User Customizer.
11. Exchange your blessings for Armor of God & Special Items.
12. Get a Special Item and give it as a blessing to another member.
13. Bid on virtual items in the auctions.
14. Offer to create avatars and sigs for other members in exchange for blessings.
Remember, you can be creative with blessings. In the past, members have held competitions, played games, and exchanged blessings in other interesting ways. Note that you are not allowed to "beg" or "solicit" blessings for nothing in return in posts or PMs.

In order to bless someone click on the hands and heart icon in their post..then a window pops up and you can enter the amount of blessings you wish to send and hit send! You can use your blessings to buy a CF pet, change your user title, add an avatar and sig, buy armor pieces and give to friends.
