When I was 7 my mom and dad gave me a bike. Now that is not unusual. But when I found out my dad was up til 4 am assembling it, it became special. I rode that bike long after I had outgrown it.

Well, how about the gift my husband is getting me this year He got me a Euphonium, it'll be here before christmas (soon, actually) but we used Christmas money this year to buy each other one big gift (I got him a guitar)

Most people don't even know what a Euphonium is, so... that makes it unusual.
