It's only scary the first couple of hours... When I got out of Alpha Labs, I was immune to the "scaryness"

I loved it, although it did get somewhat repetitive. But without a doubt, scariest game I have ever played.

I was looking foward to this game, still am, but my computer won't run it without major upgrades. So I either wait for it to come out on XBOX or wait for a new computer . Gonna be awhile either way I think.

Yep, I have the demo installed and it's slow but playable at 640x480 everything Low but who wants to play a game like that? Guess I'll be waiting for Xbox version since I can't afford a new PC right now. I guess I'll reinstall System Shock 2 to keep myself creeped out.

problem with xbox version is it will be quite different, they had to to huge downgrades to amke it compatible with Xbox:\

I Just beat the game a matter of minutes ago, and i must say that Doom 3 is the most freaky and disturbing game i have ever played. but other than that it was fun, and had some pretty astonishing graphics. Now we have just have to wait for Quake 4

Doom 3 was nothing more than a tech demo for Id's new engine. The game play was not that great... the game was way over hyped. If you took away all of the flash graphics this would just be another run of the mill fps. The only thing it did really well was create a great atmosphere.

I never made it out of Alpha Labs before I got bored. I'll give the game to anyone who wants to come by and pick it up.

I am just gald i didn't have to pay for the game... downloading for free is the way to go. I just wanted it to test my system to see if i could run it at full. I was happy to find out that i could, not long after i uninstalled it.
