I must explain.............My mom had a dream one time where these men were holding my little brother captive and told her to renounce the Lord or he would die.

I have a confession I am a coke (soda) addict, and I love sweet tea (that's all one word you know) with dinner and my truck driver strong black coffee in the am.

I first walked down the aisle at about age 12-13, but I really did not know what I was doing. So it was a life of road miles and hubby or so later when I was 24 that I took the walk again and was baptised in the "church". Starting teaching Sunday School and the whole bit, then allowed myself to fall victim to "spiritual abuse" quit going to church and only recently started back regularly in the 90's. Now moved, remarried and visiting--looking for a church, but I have been closer to God and my own spirituality in the last few years than ever, and its been great.

Thanks for letting me share that.

No, but I got a list on Blessings a Country Mile Long----Some say I wake the spiritually and intellectual dead by causing them to think. I think my real gift is being able to boil a bunch or horsefeathers down to a single blade of grass.

Well I took your test and my highest score was Discernment so I guess that's sort of what I thought the above blade comes down to in cultural correct termonology, (which I try not to participate in). I'm still not sure it's a gift, rather than a burden, but to whom much is given much is required (see i resist that part)...

Do you have a "fun" vice? For example - I like fancy coffees, in the summer there's nothing better than those frozen coffee slushes. In the winter I love the lattes (my current favorites hot buttered toffee and s'more mocha).

Vice? I'd have to alphabetize em.

Cigarettes (Not so Fun anymore)
Fast Cars (I'm an admitted Wreckless Driver-recovering Road Rager)
Food (Southern Style only and that's plenty)
Gravy
Truck Driver Coffee (It's the only thing I still do that buzzes)

PS--Cokes-getting better but still addicted-

Lord forgive me, I'm struggling to overcome them all but the Coffee and every now and then I think that needs to go too) Welcome.

My Job: Sometimes, I was better satisfied when I worked for Voc Rehab, more of a success ratio than in mental health.
