No, now the evidence that Rudy had at the time he made his statements can be presented. This is a lawsuit on what evidence Rudy had to make his claims. That is what the trial will be limited to.

No he can't. He does not get to go on fishing expeditions. He can only subpoena evidence relevant to his defense which has to be in relation to information he was in possession of when he made his claims.

That will take all of two minutes. I think it's good too, because I suspect that much of Rudy's so called "evidence" will be immediately tossed right out of court like other courts have done. I don't believe that "trial by combat" Rudy has a prayer's chance in hell of prevailing in this lawsuit.

Rudy too. So far all we've gotten from either one of them is third hand hearsay conspiracy theory horse manure, certainly nothing that any judge would accept as 'evidence' in a real court.

If Dominion was actually afraid of what might come out in the trial, they wouldn't have sued Giuliani to start with. Likewise if Giuliani had any real evidence of voting machine irregularities, they would have presented their evidence in court and it would certainly have been a "big deal". Instead Giuliani handed the judges some hearsay nonsense, and then he asked the judge to let him go on a fishing expedition, which of course the courts rebuffed.

Giuliani is toast. He's been lying *for months* about Dominion on every major news outlet, and all over the internet. Not once in all that time did he actually present any actual evidence of voter fraud, or machines "flipping" votes as he claimed. Even when states *hand counted* the ballots during their recounts, they discovered no "flipping" of any votes. In fact Biden picked *up* votes in the instance where Trump paid for the recount, and that was a *human* error, not anything associated with voting machines.

Giuliani is getting *exactly* what he deserves. I suspect the "my pillow" guy is next on Dominion's list of public slanderers.
