Colossians 2:16-17 Therefore let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ.

The holiness and sacredness of seventh day of creation does not fall in this category.

The things written in Colossians came as a result of sin, the seventh day was blessed and called holy before sin.

The things in Colossians are shadows that were instituted as a result of sin of which Jesus fulfilled, the seventh day of creation was never given as a shadow and has nothing to do with sin.

The seventh day of creation was protected by God's Law, written in stone with His own finger, the shadows were not.

Jesus said He is Lord of the seventh day, He says nothing of the other days. Need I continue?

You believe in judgment when it comes to food and drink too, don't you? I've heard you say eating pork will get you tossed into hell before. So basically, does this verse have any meaning at all? Seems like all sorts of judging is encouraged in the SDA religion.

Food and drink, in the context of Colossians, is not referring to food and drink as it relates to a means to nutrition, but rather, as it relates to cermonial food and drink pertaining to the shadows, which were instituted as a result of sin.

You think there is no judgement at all, don't you? You must be of the faith that believes drunkenness and gluttony is not not something that God judges.
