In the bible there are too many examples of marriage went bad between believers and unbelievers. Paul warned against such union in 2 Cor 6.

I know of no clues that evil exists anywhere but on this planet. Why would aliens from other planets want to come to this toxic and hazardous place? We have been granted access to the best aliens already - angels on assignment to us from around the throne of God! I know of at least a couple personal interventions by an angel. In one I was given a powerful shove that kept me from looking like strawberry jam between two vehicles.(So most likely aliens from other planet would not come with evil intentions or weapons of mass distruction. They would be naked and inocent.)
