Does God answer prayers?

Jim wrote a good question on Sept. 6th, 2016 and I couldn't reply, I also loved the responses. In my life I would just like to add God does answer prayers. I lost everything a man could possibly desire to have at home including his family for my sins, guilts and evil thoughts. My ego destroyed everything and I asked God to give me another chance and I would promise to change ME & my lifestyle!. So 1, He answered that prayer because here I am 16 years later. Every prayer after #1 I asked for it was answered as well. 2. Fill me with the Your Word You desire me to learn.
3. Make me a better man of God than I was yesterday.
4. I desire to spend more time with You Jesus.
5. I desire to be a Great Prayer Warrior.
6. I desire to be a Great Husband, Father and Friend.
7. I desire to be baptized and born again.
8. I desire the Fear of the Lord.
9. I desire Great Courage to do Your Work God.
10. Take away my health problems.
11. Save me from future heart attacks. (1 mild one)
12. Make my relationships better.
13. Give me the desire to treat my wife better.
14. I desire this government job.
15. Help to erase these demons from my brother.
I have a few more but you get the idea, Father is in the business of answering prayers if you seek Him diligently, Matthew 6:33. Amen. What has Jesus done for you?
