Hebrews 10:26-31 King James Version (KJV)
26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

I’m scared because I’m willfully looking at pornography, sexual fantasies and looking at women with lust. I am also a cigarette smoker. I also have pride and temper issues.

The Grace of God works in us daily to set us free from sin. The Blood of Jesus washes and cleanses us. "Blessed are they that wash their robes in the blood of the Lamb: that they may have a right to the tree of life, and may enter in by the gates into the city." (Rev 22:14)

Well, you sound pretty normal to me. However, you do need to know how to get free of those sins.
As to forgiveness, if you confess your sin, God is faithful and just to forgive you. The blood of Christ has already paid. The reference in verse 26 to no more sacrifice was directed at Jews who thought that maybe they could go back to the sacrifices under the law.
I suggest that you quit hammering yourself and start to confess the truth. That will include:

I died to sin and it no longer rules over me.
I died with Christ and it is no longer I that lives.
Christ now lives in me to be all that I cannot be but I know that I should be.
I am a new creation in Christ
I died and my life is hidden in Christ with God.

When you know who you are in Christ, your faith will rise up and give you the strength to resist Satan's temptations. Some people think that it is a good thing to be constantly running yourself down. There is a place to accept that you are indeed a helpless sinner. But don't stay there! Lord Jesus came to set the captives free. You are no worse a sinner than anyone else. The difference is that you know you are a sinner. That is the prerequisite to be saved. So you have God on your side. Let the truth into your heart and it will set you free.

Ask the Lord to give you a clean heart. Substitute studying Gods Word instead of these addictions that are destroying you. There is no fear when one walks with the Lord in His ways.

It is good to be scared then.

Look at Ezekiel 36 and Jeremiah 31. See God's Promise.

I have been pondering this subject of confession and repentance.
If we confess sin?
Would repent being synonymous, since Christ already paid for our sin?

We need an attitude of repentance, which means turning away from what we once considered acceptable. Repentance is born of conviction. I know someone who was convicted often but refused to repent. He agreed mentally that he was wrong, but did nothing about it. The foolishness of this attitude is that it is not up to us to change ourselves. All God asks is that we agree with His judgement and be willing to change. He will do the rest.

Confessing sin ongoing is a different issue. It is possible to repent and still be bound by a sin. We do not have to ask for forgiveness - we are already forgiven. We do need to confess so that we can be clean and restored to fellowship. We certainly should not just give up resisting temptation. But there is a process of deliverance. God knows what order to work in. I knew someone who was a glutton. I asked the Lord to help him. The Lord said there were other priorities but it would happen. So it did. He cut his intake in half in the later years of his life - and he needed to!

Amen.
For Christians, confession is a declaration of sin.
To repent of sin would imply that a person is asking forgiveness of continual sin.
A sin unconfessed should not have a place in our walk with Christ.
It is not common among Church doctrine to say I confessed to my sin.
It is a philosophical process of the idea of a one moment where you crossed the line.

It takes courage and heart for Christ to admit faults that hamper life.
The first problem Paul teaches :
1 Corinthians 7: 9. But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.
All of us have a temper we just deny.
Smoking is an individual preference that was allowed now is not favorable.
Pride and arrogance are not the same arrogance will destroy you, pride in the love for others to do well prevails in love.
