Does anyone know this movie?

I've been trying to recall the title of a movie I saw a long time ago. It was a WWII movie, and followed the members of a resistance group that was plotting to assassinate Hitler. If you've seen the ending, you'll probably know which one I'm talking about. Does anyone know which one this is? Thanks!

Here's the ending: At the end, the two main characters in the resistance die in a basement, flooded by the SS, IIRC. One of them may have even killed the other to save him from a worse death, but I don't remember

I don't think it was The Boys from Brazil, but I'll check - thanks for the suggestion!

I just looked it up on IMDB and I think that's it! Shows what a long time it's been since I saw it - I thought it was Hitler, and it's Reinhard Heydrich instead. Thanks!!!
