Does anyone else chart?

Just wondering if anyone else here charts temps/fertility signs/etc? (Well, what kind of crazy question is that, really? It IS a TTC board, after all!)

I use FertilityFriend to keep up with it all, and was using it when we conceived our daughter as well. I started using it again around her first birthday just to keep up with my cycles, which are random at best - I thought it'd come in handy when we were ready to try for #2, but it wasn't so much.

Anyone else?

I just started charting and to call my NFP trained friend to ask her all sorts of questions this morning.

Out of curiosity, if you get all the symptoms (temp shift, mucus, etc) does that mean 100% that you're ovulating or is it possible you body can just go through the motions but never release an egg?

My body had temperature shifts. I've always had a lot of mucus so that was hard to determine. However, my NFP sponsor thought for sure that I was ovulating. Come to find out, after a year, I was not... I was making the follicles but I am low on the hormone that releases the egg.

Aren't irregular cycles FUN?! :p Mine was always crazy too - anywhere from 26 to 42 days (averaging about 32, though.) Which is why I chart - it gave me a much clearer idea as to what was happening when.

Of course, with Clomid, I pretty much know what to expect. Looking at the bright side of needing it. ;)
