i play just about anything that jams...[or what people request at the party....] i found some websites gospelhousemusic.com / mixing4u.com
this is more like deep spiritual house, some remixes of kirk franklin in there, neways, this seems cool, me and a friend are thinking of remixing some gospel tracks into dance and maybe market them to public ...kinda bring something new.... dance is not big down here, but i think this could be a different way to spread the Gospel to some... well the websites are kinda cool if youre into some praise & worship dance...

I don't spin, most of the trance/techno I do is by synth and computer. Very fun to do.

Thats cool, that your dad dj's, i have two kids so i always dreamed of having them follow in my footsteps, i think my daughter might be the one, she is the dancer..... A skating rink is cool to spin, i started out at one, become known, then moved up to clubs.....

CJ- using a computer IS very fun to do, so many things you can do....
the programs i use are Cool Edit Pro 2.1, Acid Pro, Virtual DJ (this one is sweet your can beatmatch all your MP3's... very cool...)

For compy, I use Propellerheads Reason 2.5, Propellerheads ReBirth, mixing in Cakewalk Sonar 4 PE. I also use a Korg MS2000 as my main midi controller.
