Ok here are the rules:
1. no crude language
2. no adult content, kissing is fine but don't go any futher than that.
3. If you have made up your own timelord you need to run him\her by me before you add him\her to the story. I don't want more than 5 Timelords including the doctor and the master, even then it's still iffy.
4. You can have up to 2 characters, 3 if we don't have very many people.
5. Just have fun, use your imagination within the bounderies of the Doctor Who universe.
