Stand....unless I have to go no. 1 and no. 2 at the same time.

It's better to sit, because you can't prevent splash from standing, which sprays all around the toilet and is very uncleanly. This is why I prefer to sit more often than not (when home), but I do still stand at times.

I sit, because the plumbing doesn't allow for standing.
