I recall back in 1989 sometime when McDonalds had their $1,000,000 Menu Song which named all their menu items in song (a real tongue-tangler, it was!), and the one that got the winning record which completed the song perfectly was the winner.

"Big Mac, McBLT, a Quarter Pounder with some cheese, etc...... and I can get this all at one place...Good time, great taste, of McDonalds!"

Remember Cabbage Patch dolls? lol I was never into dolls but I eventually got one from a lady in SC that made them. I still have it somewhere.

I had one made for me. I also had one of the Parker Brothers books about the Cabbage Patch Kids. It was called "The Shyest Kid in the Patch".

Remember when people used to be nostalgic for the '50s and '60s? Now, people seem to be viewing the '70s and '80s the same way!

I wished that I lived back in those days
Those days were the good ole days
Especially being a kid of the 80's!

I think I'm going to like it here. My kids are watching the cartoons I use to watch, like Scooby Doo, Speed Buggy, and the Justice League. I remember Fraggle Rock, the Muppet Babies and the Smurfs. But who here remembers He-Man or the Thunder Cats? I don't think I ever missed an episode of the Thunder Cats. And what about the A-Team? Ah, this is bringing back some memories. Am I getting old? (please say no...)
