  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

And I'd honestly like to apologize for that Keri I am terrible when it comes to returning actual letters (as I rarely get them), and my family has a habit of moving my opened mail around and not telling me. I did start writing you a response, and then I lost it Please pm your info, so I can rectify this

He showed me a Christmas card he'd gotten from a friend... This blonde girl kisses this dark boy and they look like some of those fat caricatured baby angels. xD And she'd wished him a blessed and lucky new beginning Helsinki as well as a merry christmas... And that was so weird obviously since he was single back then and we didn't even know - why should she have sent him a card like that just randomly?

He got it for christmas from her and showed it to me now. They were friends. And I just wanted to share because I found it cute. [I'm in serious need of some phrasing skills. ]
