This is the guy I met on Christian Cafe way back in November. We were actually supposed to meet in February but things happened that prevented that. but on the bright side, we've had a lot of time to talk and really get to know eachother.

I just wish June weren't so far away

I don't want to have any crushes on CFers. Plenty of you gentlemen are fabulous and all, but no. However, there is one of you that insists on consistently making posts that make me want to swoon. Stop it! (still no crush, though)

There is another guy who consistently makes awesome posts, but he's a frush and that's good. He's allowed to keep making awesome posts.

Originally O and I were supposed to meet in June but that was too far away, so I decided to come out in April. He's still coming out here in June. At first this April thing was a month away, now it's only 6 days! Time will fly!

Semi-on topic: I'm considering applying for a musician position at a Christian summer camp. Partly because I need the work, but also partly because I haven't made any new Christian friends in years, and I'm willing to hope that changing that might change my whole single situation.

but i am open to whatever happens
in truth... it is not very likely that I will end up with my crush
she said she is not ready for a relationship right now, she lives very very very far away, and she does not really have romantic feelings for me...
she said when we first started being friends she had a lil crush on me... but I ruined my chances (she thinks i fall for anygirl that shows interest in me, and she is not far from the truth, i am kinda desperate) and that is a turn off
she is one of my best friends ever, I love her and I know she loves me
as a friend and as a brother in Christ, that is how she loves me
and I am honored and helped so much by her love

I understand the feeling. It was like that when I first tracked down a girl from high school via FB. I thought I could be headed for a serious crush, and while I am definitely attracted to her, I don't have enough contact with her to have a crush. Maybe I should set up IM too?
