No, but this argument is.Is sin silly?
No, but this argument is.
To fear the Lord is to give Him the worship, honor, and glory due Him. To give Him reverence, and to acknowledge that it is He who made us, and we belong to Him. To fear the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. But His perfect love casts out fear. Not the reverence, the worship, the acknowledgement of who He is, all that stays.
I feared the Lord until I became His child. Now my fear is evolved into respect, a higher reverence, and an intense desire to make Him pleased with me above all else.
What about all the scripture that tells us as his children to have Godly fear?
I couldn't have said that better myself. No, but this argument is.

Yes. I love Him soooooo much, and yes, i fear Him. He is precious to me and more and more i have an aversion to offending Him. His holiness is beautiful and His glory and His glorious grace, mercy, and loving kindness is inexplicable.
He maketh my heart to sing. How can i NOT sing?
Amen and Amen!

Hey, I am full agreement with you. The Lord is good and I praise God for His mercy and for delivering me from my rebellion against Him. Now I don't want to rain on your parade or anything but the song you shared is copyrighted and it was illegally uploaded to youtube. It's illegal to listen to it, or to share it. Just letting you know so we can pay honor to the Lord properly.
Really? ok, i'll remove it. Awwwww that's a tragedy. i didn't know it was illegal

It may help to look at the definition of JAH which is derived from YAH which comes from YAH WEH which came from God's answer to Moses at the burning bush saying, "I AM THAT I AM".
(JAH is only found once in KJV in Psalm 68:4)
Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rides upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him. <-----> Psalm 68:4

Job (who is described as a "perfect and upright man"), talked confidently about how he would declare his case before The Lord and be justified, while he yet was personally unacquainted with His up close and unveiled Presence...but once The Lord appeared immediately before him, his reaction was quite unlike what he had proclaimed it would be... saying -
I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye sees thee.
Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes. <-----> Job 42:5+6
Now, if Job was religiously perfect and morally upright, why was he overwhelmed with a sense of self-abhorrence and need to utterly repent?
Was it not because he underestimated The Greatness, The Power, The Glory, Yea, The Vehemence of The Lord his God ?!!
Did he not wrongly suppose he would met Him as a man, as being somewhat of a peer, or a near equal, one with which he could stand toe to toe and eye to eye with ? Ahhh, but such is not at all the case !!
These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thought that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes. <-----> Psalm 50:21
Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man. <-----> Isaiah 47:3

And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repents him of the evil. <-----> Joel 2:13
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asks you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: <-----> 1st Peter 3:15

It's ungodly fear which perfect love casts out.
But being instantaneously struck with exceedingly great fear and soul shaking pangs of terror, at the sight of an Tremendously Powerful, Terribly Hot and Burning Jealous and Most Vehement God is purely a natural reaction to His Revealed Supernatural Self.
Least that's the impression present with this earthen vessel.
