  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Sorry, in my life deaths happen in threes. What I mean by that is they are in very close proximity. I noticed it even in people not related to me Like movie stars or people I know. This being like 3 in a short time like a month, etc. It doesn't count if it a year away, more or less. Sometimes only a few days. Of course it is most apparent in your own family.

All I know is, whenever I lose something, I always find it in the last place I look.
Ahhh, so you are unlike me. I usually find the lost item but keep looking for it.

I always look in at least one more place just to buck the trend.

I think people see more in things & events than there actually are.

But...

The scripture does seem to indicate that Faith is sometimes tested three times before a "result" is given. Consider Elisha trying to raise the dead child. In the book of Job and the temptation of Jesus - being tested three times seems to mean the enemy is involved in the problem at hand. It is some indication of what could be behind the problem.

If three things do happen and you pray in faith each time and a miraculous result happens on the third attempt then it could be likely you have been fighting a spiritual battle. Your Faith has been tested.
