Help My Grandpa love him allot wants to move to the States. Things have been slow in me getting employment but we are not in a crisis situation also where i am at health wise taking on a job is not great. Grandpa ingores my health so i feel so lost. I do not think moving to the States is a answer. I tried to talk to him but he is so set in his mind. I am recieving disability in Canada so i do not know if i could go for it in the States. I feel hopeless i have cried allot tonight. I told my pastor and emailed my counsellor. I want to self harm i am so scared

Taylor, I'm glad you're spoken to your pastor and let your counsellor know about this - they're always the best people to let know . Please keep talking to them about this too! I've also just done a quick search for a hotline for you to call and the only one I can find is a Distress and Suicide Line:1-800-232-7288, but it looks ok. It says it's for Northern Alberta, but my knowledge of Geography isn't great and I don't know what part of Canada you're in, but I think it's worth a try calling them Taylor.

While I don't have all the answers, I'm here if you want to talk . I'm praying for you too Taylor - you can beat this urge!

Taylor: First you need to throw out your fear. Remember that "Love tosses out fear because fear has torment". What a horrible thing to live in torment. Been there myself and tend re-visit from time to time. It's no fun. You are doing the right things ie., talking to your Pastor and Counselor. How about praying and then trusting God to deal with the situation. Can you trust God? He loves more than anything in the whole world, beyond imagination. Please, don't misplace or miss completely such love. Let Him help you also. Fear will tell you that there is no Hope, You're Worthless, and without Strength. These are lies from satan himself. Fall into the Love of God that will drive him away. You might make the choice to keep yourself safe in His Hands. mamalonglegs

Thankyou for caring it is still hard i am still fighting the urge. I am seeing my counsellor tommrow. I am leaning hard on Jesus but i am crying allot still
