Do Kitty Kats get Kolds?

My big ol' Calico cat is under the weather. She's lethargic, has a low appetite, and her poor eyes are watering like crazy. It almost looks like she has big tears welling out of her eyes. If I were in her shape I'd conclude I had a cold. Do kitty kats get kolds?

Sounds like the problem might be more than a cold. I'd suggest that you take your cat to the vet straight away.

Yes cats can get colds. I have had a few cats that have gotten upper respiratory infections and they were given a medication from the vet.
In case you decide to take your cats temperature the normal range is between 100 and 102ºF.

Yes cats get colds. even some get the flu.

They sure can, it is a good idea to always take them to the vet when they seem under the weather, there is a few illnesses they can get that can seem to be just a cold and can be much worse, inclding tumors etc. so its always good to have them checked out.

She's feeling a little better today, which is a very good thing. She's not a gentle or cooperative creature by any means.

My mother suggested, jokingly, that we try putting warm socks on her paws. Then we both shuddered at the thought of the injuries we would sustain. .

Socks on cats...actually a friend of mine had a jacket on hers
And a few thousand scratches on her arms
