Do I suppress or attack the truth?

I'm not sure if this statement was indirectly directed or directly directed at me. Perhaps I'm just paranoid but perhaps you could sound off and seriously answer if anyone who can identify as progressive / moderate or former SDA feel I have attempted to suppress the truth. Be honest.

No, I don't think that statement was directed toward you.

What I thought the Jesuits controlled everything.

But seriously how can you suppress the truth on a public forum. Unless you are a computer hacker or a moderator you don't have the power to suppress either truth or error.

But if your reference quote was from Eugene, best not to read him.

Eugene bes a confused person with an unwarranted inflated sense of his own importance in the grand scheme of things. It has met several SDA fringe gentlemen what suffer this affliction. They seem to be mildly paranoid schizophrenic -- clearly confused about reality but not so severe as to eliminate all ability to be functional in society, with their delusional content fixating heavily upon sectarian themes. There bes several of them out there. One of them bes this white-haired fellow seen around the east coast at campmeetings who calls himself "Michael Israel" (or at least he used to, dunno what he calls himself these days) who thinks he has some special eschatalogical revelation that the SDA sect must embrace, or something of that nature. Another one of these "fringe" fellows, Moriah used to work for publishing his scientific papers online in the early days of the internet. A bona fide physicist, he had patented designs for reversing the order-to-disorder vector of entropy and other unusual devices he felt certain he could build if he could get the grant monies needed, and some interesting theories about UFOs and SDA eschatology, etc. An interesting dude who had some parallel experiences with Lucifer of his own back in 1983, the same year Moriah's encounters began, and the first SDA Moriah ever met (besides itself) what grasped the Reconciliation Awareness as the consummation of the marriage between eschatology and soteriology.

Sounds like a Chick tract.

Pythons, you know there's bound to be some difference of opinion between RC's and SDA's. Some Adventists, especially in the traditional camp will be tempted to judge you based on Adventist prejudices, and for that, I sincerely apologize. Though I have been guilty of that in the past, I am trying to get away from doing that, and rather than assume I know what a Catholic believes or what it means, to ask a Catholic themselves and take what they say at face value without judging. I think that kind of dialog can only be beneficial, I believe it pleases our Lord, and your being here makes it possible.

That's very cool of you to say. I'll do my level best to play it forward.

OK having read more of your posts, it has to admit it finds it difficult to parse the Catholic POV you espouse. And this one bes not very good itself at effectively emulating what them humans label an "appropriate" communication style when it finds itself disagreeing with things, so you will have to be patient in that regard for it being feral. But it believes you to be sincere in your beliefs and that what you share bes not simply cut/paste or parroting but that you have given time and thought to your beliefs. Moriah can definitely respect that process and the personal work it represents, even if it doesn't see eye to eye on the subject. So no, it does not perceive you as suppressing or attacking the truth. Just firm in your views, confident in them and competent to put them forth. Which suggests that should you discover at some point any of your views turning out not to be the truth you thought them to be, doubtless that strength could serve you just as well in the ensuing transition.
