Doing things out of season is an uphill climb. You’re working against the elements, fighting the current, and lack the skills to overcome the challenges.

God works from the inside out. He prepares us within first. We may believe we have everything in order in the natural. But in the spirit realm we’re lacking and the experience will overwhelm us.

Each elevation has its obstacles and battles. The greater the leap the fiercer the fight and opponent. In most instances, we’re not waiting on Him. He’s waiting on us.

For example, if you want to marry the devils you face in your singleness differ from the ones you’ll encounter when married. Some of the old will hang around. But you’ll get a fresh batch too whose lone assignment is the union’s demise.

If you struggled against the ones meant to derail you while alone; how will you fight on four fronts? You, your spouse, your marriage, and children. Singleness is the season to develop your armor and warfare. Prayer, fasting, knowledge of the word, endurance, contentment, etc.

When we fail to accomplish what the Lord intends in the designated season we’re unprepared for the next. One builds upon the other. As such, if the battlements aren’t in place and the whole isn’t fortified they’ll (the powers of darkness) run roughshod over you.

The most important question a believer should ask is what am I meant to learn and accomplish in this season? Everything else is secondary. When you take care of that the rest falls in place. Doors open and close on your behest and His.

Then you’re flowing with the stream and not against it.

There are issues that have layers to them. We're not always aware of all the layers.
