I will not cheat on any game until I have successfully gone through it once and beaten the game. Cheatin b4 that is just.. not right! It's fun to come back later and see what you can do, but u gotta give yourself the challenge and ability to beat the game at least once. EXCEPT for LOTR:ROTK for PC. Talk about the stupidest game ever!! It's so impossible.. I had GODMODE cheats and I still died and couldn't beat the gamE!! and that was on EZ!!!!! ya... about as easy as puttin a watermelon in a zip drive. but ya. Don't cheat unless u can beat... it. Lol... so the rhyme didn't work, at least I tried.

for me it really depends on the game. like right now im playing Full Spectrum Warrior and even if they had some worthwhile codes like invincibility or unlimited ammo it would take away from the gaming experience. as this game is based off of an army training program. so to add cheatcodes would lower the experience of the game itself.

i personally like to beat the game and then apply cheatcodes to see what cool things you can do with them or to have some sadistic fun lol jk.

For me, it depends. If it's single or multiplayer, then cheat codes are fine. If it's ONLINE, then codes ruin all the fun.

it doesn't always take away from the game, sometimes it can be quite entertaining to have some extra stuff put in the game by means of cheat codes.

I found a cheat code to change Spiderman the game (the first one!) so that you played it in the first person rather than the third. It makes the whole game way harder!

IT depends on how annoyed you get. For instance if you're in a specific section of Baldur's Gate 2 and the quest to sail to the next section gets bugged and can't be completed then yes, yes cheat codes are all good.
