Man came up with many (wicked or "instead of His Way") devices.

He Says NOT to take part in the wicked plans of men, but to rather expose them.
He also Says society, including all those using what is falsely called 'knowledge' yet never coming to the truth, wrong.

The world/ scientists/ governments/ religious leaders are all happy to use 'dna' and such things to control and to oppress the people, NOT for anything Yahweh desires.

There was a case where a woman was accused of welfare fraud, taking in others children as her own; all because of the DNA. It eventually turned out that she was a chimera.
