For those who prefer Latin there are several resources for the Divine office one can pray at home.

O Rex géntium et desiderátus eárum, lapísque anguláris, qui facis útraque unum: veni et salva hóminem, quem de limo formásti.

iBreviary seems to have the wrong antiphon.
O radix Iesse, qui stas in signum populórum, super quem continébunt reges os suum, quem gentes deprecabúntur: veni ad liberándum nos, iam noli tardáre.

Wow.
I have a hard enough time following the English version of the LOH! lol
But this would seem to be a terrific resource, for those who would like to pray the LOH in Latin.

Or if you just want to browse Psalms in Latin"

Kind of a good way to get more familiar with Latin because the sentences are short and some phrases are used often.

Thanks!

Not to ramble on, but I think certain prayers in the Latin mass are also a good way to start.

Such as The Sign of the Cross, Sanctus, or Agnus Dei, which I all have memorized even though I’ve only been to the Latin Mass around 5 times.

I think liturgy is a great way to learn and pray!

A Benedictine nun I knew (May she Rest In Peace!) said she memorized much of the psalter and liturgy of the hours because she was used to pray it for over 25+ years in community. (Yes, this was novus ordo and thus English)

I’m sure that also applies to learning Latin!

As they say, repetition is the mother of all learning!

:)
