In case you didn't know, diversity, equity, and inclusion is just a racist dog whistle for "don't give a white person a job".

Principal accused of trying to fire white staff because of their race created school of 'insanity' | Daily Mail Online

"Lev was hit with a probe last year by the NYC Department of Education (DOE) after she allegedly told a teacher she was 'going to get rid of all these white teachers that aren't doing anything for the kids of our community.'"

We will be seeing more of this. This is actual institutional racism....no need to wonder if they are implicitly biased. They say it out loud.

Interesting. The biggest complaint I have for institutions of higher learning who don't have "Diversity" when it comes to thought. This is a big deal when it comes to some of the Social Sciences and Humanities where there can be both official and unofficial forms of discrimination against conservatives and traditionalists, and you can't get a mix of different ideas and viewpoints represented;

Basically people are happy to have all kinds of races and ethnicities and orientations just as long as they march to whatever the social progressives want.

This is actual institutional racism....

Just a heads up for anyone not from the UK...the Daily Mail is the equivalent of the New York Post.

That said, if everything they say is correct and taken at face value then we have the DOE, the faculty and the students all allegedly on the same page and one person who is alleged to be something of a pain in the butt.

I'm shocked I tell you. Shocked...

I'd be more worried about the students' grammar. The new faculty members are, according the students' claim 'super under-qualified'. And these kids are going into law and public service?

'Well, yeah no, your honour. My client is like, super innocent, no cap dude."

Thanks for verifying that this is a high quality source with reliable content.

And many more like her all across the US.

Not with this administration's educational plan.

'Well, yeah no, your honour. My client is like, super innocent, no cap dude."

They're telling you that they are receiving a bad education....and you make light of their claim....classic victim blaming.

Is it because the idea of speaking out against racial discrimination when white people are the victims lacks a certain sense of....what's it called..... ???

Oh yeah, undeserved moral righteousness.

They're indicating that they're receiving a poor education. And their grades reflect that. In the bottom 20% in NY and NY state and the graduation rate is only 55%, despite a student/teacher ratio of 12:1, which is the same as private schools in the US: https://www.usnews.com/education/be...high-school-for-law-and-public-service-13153s.
Seems like everyone needs to lift their game.

Well I suppose in the absence of real answers....spend millions scapegoating white teachers and put some teachers with melanin in there, remove the grading system, claim those kids are now smarter.

Problem solved.

Back in the late 90s when I was still active duty, there was a big to-do in California about working teachers being unable to pass the math portions of the state teacher certification exams.

The non-math teachers complained that it was unrealistic for them to be expected to pass the math portion of the exams because they were not math teachers.

I got a copy of that math segment and gave it to the young troops who worked for me--who were just high school graduates. They got all the questions correct...no problems.

Sooo....how did those teachers explain to students who weren't going to become math teachers why they needed to bother with any of their high school math courses?
